Lucy Joseph John obtained her bachelor’s degree in languages (Kiswahili and English) at the University of Dar es Salaam. Before joining Yale as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant, Lucy worked as a teacher at Hannah Bennie Schools in Tanzania for more than six years. She continues pursuing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and techniques.
Her enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to student success make her an invaluable asset to any educational institution. Outside her professional pursuits, Lucy finds joy in exploring the world through her love for traveling and embracing diverse cultures.
