Brad Brockman

Brad Brockman has a BA Honours degree in History from the University of Cape Town, where he was a Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Fellow. Before coming to Yale, Brad was an educator at the Tshisimani Centre for Activist Education, where he taught history and political theory, and built relationships between South African and international activists. Brad was also a Fellow of the Bertha Foundation and Social Change Initiative, and served as a researcher, organizer, and later, General Secretary of Equal Education, an activist organization in South Africa. He is interested in the history of radical ideas, movements, and struggles.
